Troubleshooting activation errors

"This licence key was not found"

Check for typos — keys use an unambiguous alphabet (no I, L, O, or U) specifically so this is rare. Copy-paste rather than retype where possible.

"Seat limit reached"

Your plan has a fixed number of activatable sites. Free a seat from a decommissioned site in your dashboard, or upgrade your plan.

"This licence is expired" / "revoked"

Expired licences keep working through a 14-day grace period, then lock. Revoked licences stop immediately — contact support if you believe this is a mistake.

My site shows as connected but the plugin still says locked

Entitlement is cached locally by Parmtech Core for up to an hour before it revalidates. Use Settings → Parmtech → Refresh (or wait) rather than reactivating.
