Understanding your dashboard

Your dashboard has three parts.

Overview

Active licences, connected sites, anything expiring in the next 30 days, and your most recent order — the four numbers worth checking first.

Licences

Every licence you hold, filterable by status. Open one to see its connected websites individually and free a seat if a site has been decommissioned.

Orders

Your billing history. Each order links back to the licence(s) it issued.

Rate limits

Self-service licence generation is limited to 5 requests per 5 minutes per account. The licence API itself (used by your installed plugins, not by you directly) is limited to 60 requests/minute per licence key.
